The Calm and Distinguished Principality of Spikeland is an independent sovereign state, micronation, and enclave within Brighton, United Kingdom. Spikeland has a permanent population of 1, and its territory consists of all that lies behind Spike’s door.
The day-to-day affairs of Spikeland are overseen by the Central Government of Spikeland, which is fronted by the First Prince of Spikeland. Spikeland is a democracy, any of the 1 permanent residents has the right to vote themselves in as the First Prince.
It should be noted that whilst Spikeland is enclaved by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, no part of our 10.2 square metres of territory is part of the United Kingdom.
